Wax Museum

At Calvin's school, they did a wax museum project and Calvin picked Vince Lombardi. He was really good at it too and looked good in his great costume!!! GREAT JOB CALVIN!!!

Rotary Club essay contest

There was a essay contest at my school for the rotary club four way test. I won first place for the 7th grade at west!!!! I was really happy that I won. I got a certificate and 100 dollar savings bond! I had a really fun time at the lunch they had for us. It was great!

A fun day at the park

Doctors office. Good or Bad? Think about it!

Today I went to the doctors office. I walked through the doors just expecting a regular check up with height check, weight check, and a 5 minute chat with the doctor and be out the door. But I was mistaken. I go in and do the regular stuff and then suddenly the doctor says oh and you have to have your blood drawn and a shot. I was speechless. I am terrified of big pointy needles. They try to dress up the doctors office with pictures and quilts that you can play eye spy with but the are just covering up tears of the children who have cried while getting shots. JK! But i did great and I didn't even twitch when she poked the needle into my skin I'm used to it. I was very brave.
