Today I had my last piano recital. But that isn't the point of this blog post. After everyone had gone and played, I wanted to go again. I played faithfully by Journey. One of my FAVORITE Journey songs. I came back and one of the dads said, " you are too young to know journey". I would just like to say no I'm not to young to know what Journey is.. Or the Beatles, Pink Floyd, GNR, the Clash, the Who, the Ramones, u2, Journey, Aerosmith, Metallica, the list goes on and on...I'm not too young. I just like good music. I'm not one of those crazy teenagers that obsesses over crappy artists that cant sing. ( The Jonas Trio, Lady Gaga, Ke$ha, Miley Cyrus...... once again the list goes on and on). The songs they do are TERRIBLE. When the Jonas brothers did a cover of Hello Goodbye ( The Beatles) I almost cried! The point is....I like the classics. Thats just who I am.
