Ways to Move on From Cheating

Cheating is something almost everyone experiences. If you're in a relationship and your man has been less than faithful, here are some tips on how to move forward from it.

1. Decide
This is the first step in your process of moving forward. You have to decide if you still want to be with your man or if it's time to move on from the relationship. Take a look at your relationship and decide if you really can move on from his cheating ways. No one is perfect and that is no excuse for what he has done. But people do make mistakes and sometimes don't realize what they have until it's gone. So make a choice and if you still want to be with him, then give yourself some time to heal.

2. Time
You know the saying, "time heals all wounds", well it's very true. Giving yourself space from him can really help you deal with your feelings. It may also give him a chance to sit there and think about his actions. If you jump right back into the relationship, it will make him think that it maybe ok to do it again.

3. Write it Down
If you're having thoughts that you need to get out, but don't want to express them to him? Start a journal, or write a song. This will give you a chance to pour your emotions out in a calm manner. It's a very therapeutic way of dealing with the many emotions that are running through you.

4. Lean on Friends
Find a friend that you know you can trust. Let them in and tell them what's going on. I have a great friend that helps me through all my break ups, and she will sit up till the middle of the night helping me through them. It's also a great way for you to express your hurt without calling your guy. Also, she might see things in your relationship, that you might have been completely blind to.

5. Don't Compare
This might be the hardest one of all. Do not compare yourself to her. There is a reason your man fell in love with you. You are the person he wants to be with. Chances are, you are making her out to be this wonderful person that you can never be. But how think about what it says about her character to cheat. If you want to move on from this, let her go. This is between you and your man.

The New Bandeau

If you're like me and you feel like you have a chest like a 12 year old boy, then this bra is perfect for you. I love wearing bandeaus, but I constantly have a problem with them falling down and I feel like I'm always pulling them up (not attractive). This bra is fun and sexy at the same time. You can wear it  with a ton of different outfits. Best part, they are affordable. The brand is called Honeydew and you can find it at Nordstroms for around $12.
What is your favorite bra?

6 Ways To Rock Any Interview

1. Dress For The Job
Alright ladies, put your night club dress away. When your going for an interview, you basically want to dress like your going to a family event. First impressions go a very long way and if your dressed like your going to the bar right after your interview, no one will take you seriously. Make sure you cover up. Not to say you have to dress like a nun, but they also won't be impressed with the new set of girls you just bought.

2. Be Punctual
When my school was prepping us for the real world, they made sure to drill this into our heads. I have always been a very punctual person, but everyone is different. I learned that it's all a game you have to play (and I HATE games). But you want to make sure your there for your interview exactly 10 minutes early. That way it shows you are capable of being on time, but doesn't make you look desperate.

3. Be Positive
This is key. No one wants a negative Nancy walking around the office all day. Show them how friendly you are and how well you can get along with others. They may ask you some questions, like why you left your old job. The answer might be that it was because your boss had multiple personality disorder (yes, that happened to me) and thrown things at your head, but don't say that! Say something that will make you look like a hard worker. Like, you are looking for a job that will provide you with more hours or you want a job that challenges you more.

4. Bring Your Resume
I learned this the hard way. I forgot to bring in a hard copy for an interview once. The person interviewing didn't have time prior to the interview didn't have time to print out the one I emailed her. I had to sit there and go over everything that should have been right in front of her. She had to take notes the whole time and seemed very frustrated. This showed her that I wasn't prepared and maybe irresponsible. Bringing in a resume will show that your detail oriented and professional. Just remember to proof read it,

5. Don't Ask About The Salary
I've always heard mixed opinions this one. But then I watched an interview with a guy of what his top points are when hiring someone. He said a huge no-no is when people ask how much the pay is. I understand that that is the main reason for getting a job, but you want to show the people hiring you that it's not all about the money, that you're passionate about the work field you're in. If you get a call back or a second interview, that would be the time to ask.

6. Be Prepared
I have been to many interviews when the first thing they ask me is, "What do you know about our company". Responding with something like, "I just found your ad on Craigslist" probably isn't the right way to go. Employers want a staff that fully believe in their product/company. Go on their website prior to your interview and do some research. See what makes them stand out. This might actually make you more excited about working there as well.
